Step into a critical operations role where technology, safety, and teamwork keep energy moving. We’re seeking an experienced Control Room Operator to join our Central Dispatch Center (CDC) in Midland, TX. In this role, you’ll monitor real-time field operations across Midstream and E&P, respond to operational events, and help drive safe, efficient production performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Monitor real-time electronic field data and provide diagnostics, insights, and predictive feedback
Prepare daily operational reports covering total field performance
Coordinate routine operations and support emergency response activities when required
Maintain accurate activity logs, status reports, and safety/environmental incident documentation
Respond to alarms and operational alerts, dispatching appropriate resources for resolution
Identify production shortfalls related to equipment issues, leaks, spills, theft, or changing well conditions
Work collaboratively with Midstream and E&P teams to ensure smooth, integrated operations
Follow all company safety, environmental, and operational policies
🔹 Qualifications
5+ years of oilfield experience
Strong operational knowledge with the ability to work under limited supervision
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Team-oriented with strong communication abilities
Able to prioritize both routine and non-routine operational tasks
Willing to train in the TX Delaware Field
🎓 Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
