Hiring Rig Hands – Western Canada
🚨 Effective: October 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026 🚨
Join our team and earn a sign-on bonus when you start!
💰 Bonuses Available:
$5,000 – Drillers
$4,000 – Derrickhands
$3,000 – Motorhands
$2,000 – Floorhands
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in the role
Must complete 750 hours before bonus is paid
Eligible only if not employed with us in the last 12 months

✅ What We’re Looking For
6+ months of rig experience OR 2+ years of recent outdoor heavy labour experience
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass drug and fitness testing
Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
