💼 JOB OVERVIEW
Be part of a skilled drilling crew supporting daily rig operations. You’ll perform hands-on field work, assist team members, and help maintain safe, efficient, and productive drilling activities.
💰 PAY RANGE
$27.00 – $39.00 per hour (Based on experience)
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work safely while protecting health and the environment
Operate tongs, handle pipe, and latch tubing in elevators
Manage tools and equipment on the rig floor
Assist in operating the mud pump and rig systems
Support BOP nipple up/down operations
Tally pipe stands and maintain accurate records
Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping
Identify and report safety hazards and unsafe practices
Participate in all safety programs and job safety meetings
Attend operations training (up to 2 times per year)
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
🛠 TECHNICAL SKILLS
Ability to read and understand safety and training materials
Basic knowledge of drilling rig components and maintenance

Reliable transportation to job & training locations
Ability to read/speak English for safety communication

Floorhand — $25.00/hr
Motorhand — $26.00/hr
Derrickhand — $29.50/hr
Assistant Driller — $30.50/hr
Driller — $35.00/hr

🛠️ JOB OVERVIEW
As part of the Drilling Team (USC), you will support daily rig operations, perform hands-on field work, and assist crew members to ensure safe and efficient drilling performance.
🔎 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work safely while protecting people, equipment, and the environment
Handle drilling tools, operate tongs, and manage pipe movement
Operate and monitor mud pump systems
Assist with BOP nippling up/down
Maintain accurate pipe tallies
Support rig maintenance, housekeeping, and inspections
Identify and report safety hazards immediately
Participate in safety meetings, training, and compliance programs
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Learn major rig components and basic servicing
