Join a high-performing drilling crew in the Rocky Mountain region. Youโll support daily rig operations, perform hands-on fieldwork, and work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
โ Operate rig equipment (tongs, mud pumps, pipe handling)
โ Assist with BOP setup (nipple up/down)
โ Maintain tools and work floor organization
โ Perform routine maintenance & housekeeping
โ Follow all safety procedures and report hazards
โ Participate in training programs & safety meetings
โ Support team operations across all rig activities
WHAT YOU NEED
โ Oilfield, construction, or heavy industry experience (preferred)
โ High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
โ Ability to read & understand safety materials in English
โ Strong teamwork and communication skills
โ Willingness to learn and grow in drilling operations
REQUIREMENTS
โ Must be 18+ years old
โ Pass physical exam, drug test & background check
โ Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
โ Reliable transportation to job & training sites
