What You’ll Do
• Support daily drilling rig operations
• Handle drill pipe and equipment
• Assist with rig maintenance and cleanup
• Follow safety procedures and attend safety meetings
• Complete paid training and skill development
What We’re Looking For
• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug, alcohol & physical fitness tests
• Experience in outdoor or heavy-labor work preferred
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts on 14-day rotations
• Strong work ethic and team mindset
What We Offer
💰 Starting Pay: $28.50 per hour + Overtime
