ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

•  Partner with Business leaders to ensure alignment of HR strategy with business goals.
•  Handle diverse workforce administration processes, such as transfers, salary changes, promotions, and terminations.
•  Perform engagement activities with employees such as (query handling, investigation (which includes sensitive topics such as allegations, harassment, retaliation, misconduct, and inappropriate behaviour.. etc), onboarding and offboarding meeting.
•  Conduct exit interviews, summarizes findings, and discusses trends and concerns with senior management.
•  Perform employee background checks and verify information.
•  Familiarize with all company policies, procedures, and practices.
•  Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees and leaders on HR practices, policies, and employment regulatory requirements.
•  Remain update-to-date on labour law and HR best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
•  Demonstrate advanced time management and organization skills that facilitate handling HR matters of a dynamic organization/industry.
•  Prepare periodic HR Reports as required.
•  Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data.
•  Facilitate and participate in the orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
•  Act as focal point between HR and Management
•  Work with business leaders and management to enhance organizational & people capability and build a high-performance culture.
•  Participate in SANAD’s internal and external HR-related events.
•  Perform other related duties as assigned.
•  Provide assistance to SANAD’s other business units on issues pertinent to job function; participate in performing routin checks and inspections to ensure the highest safety and quality standards are being maintained if required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and Experience:

A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas.

Education and Certifications: 

Mandatory: Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
