Key Job Accountabilities
1. Assist the Site Logistics team in managing all administrative and clerical aspects of NFXP Onshore project to ensure the technical objectives of site logistics services team are met within the approved scope, quality, and schedule.
2. Support site logistical and administrative related activities including coordination of site transport services, office move, FOC security admin services, store management, procurement of required materials, ensuring availability of sufficient stock of items including stationary, PPE and other related consumables etc.
3. Ensure office facilities are maintained and in good working condition by ordering repairs and maintenance services for office facilities, equipment, and vehicles through Qatargas FMD.
4. Coordinate allocation of individual office and hot offices to PMT staff and maintains records. Coordinate logistics arrangements for meetings, site visit delegates, and high-level visits both onsite and offsite (VIPs included).
5. Coordinate with Qatargas Security, GDIS, supply agencies, EPC contractors for application and endorsement of different RLIC security access passes and permits, resolving concerns from different parties including site access badges and vehicle stickers for NFXP Onshore staff and visitors as required.
6. Ensure all site staff complete safety requirements and are provided with suitable PPE. Maintain stocks and adequate supply of materials.
