About the job

Job Summary:

• Carryout maintenance and breakdown repairs to yard electrical plant and equipments in order to ensure uninterrupted operation of the same.

Technical competencies:

• Maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of power supply and control circuits on a wide variety of plant and equipment’s including but not limited to pumps, compressors, motors domestic electric and A/C system.
• Installation of electrical plant and equipment including building services.
• Installation of Fire alarm and communication systems.
• Ensure materials / tools are of required standard prior to use, reporting damages immediately upon notice
• Maintain good housekeeping in all work areas
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Exposure of trouble shooting of electrical panels.

Education:

• High school, Diploma in Electrical Engineering / I.T.I., Industrial / vocational training in the relevant discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Electrician in a large electrical workshop.
• Experience in Marine, Oil & Gas / Offshore industry.
