About the job
Job Purpose
- Direct, support and oversight of a multidiscipline maintenance team in offshore to ensure the safety integrity and reliability of the offshore facilities are safeguarded by providing direct day to day maintenance support that ensures the approved maintenance strategies are implemented to achieve key set objectives. Develop and direct the implementation of maintenance strategies for CAT I, II & III offshore projects to meet operational requirements to achieve timely and budget-compliant completion until handover to the permanent asset.
Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
- Facilitate both internal and external maintenance support requirements for all offshore maintenance related activities to achieve asset reliability and availability targets at cost efficient and optimized OPEX budget.
- High degree of interface by engaging with offshore maintenance leadership team to achieve organisational effectiveness and efficiency through maintenance excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience
- 10 years of experience in an engineering or an operational and maintenance environment in diversified oil and gas experience, out of which 5 years in a management or supervisory position.
