Job Overview
A highly skilled and experienced Operation Controller to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis to drive business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct revenue reconciliation between Operation and Billing teams, including accruals and provisions, ensuring accurate revenue reporting.
- Review and analyze personnel costs, including payroll, bonuses, and other accruals, ensuring alignment with operational activities.
- Oversee and manage other P&L lines, such as travel and entertainment, operating supplies, sub-rentals, repairs and maintenance, depreciation, and inventory, ensuring accurate accruals and reporting.
- Prepare and present comprehensive P&L reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing insightful commentary and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the General Business Manager and Operations team to enhance financial performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage account receivables, including reviewing collectability, unbilled balances, and provisions, ensuring timely collections and optimizing DSO.

- Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and financial modeling applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial operations, preferably in the Energy Oil and Gas Drilling Exploration industry.
