About this job
Fabrication of Piping system and Pipe spool by Electric Arc Welding of Steel and fusion welding HDPE pipes for central gas system/Grinding & Cutting.
Accountabilities:
- Laying, preparing ends, fit-up and welding works of steel pipes and structures.
- Execute weld joint without flaws to pass NDT examination like DPT/Radiography/hydrotes
- Ensure safe and proper handling of all company tools like Welding machine/Grinding
Machine/Welding electrodes, etc under his custody - Submit and undergo Welder Qualification procedure as often as required
- Assist the team in Grinding/rigging works as and when required
- Works as per the EMGAS EHS policy, guidelines and requirements.
Experience:
- High school Certificate is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Welding experience required
- Welder certification is required
- Preferred to be 6G welding certified by Third Party Inspection Agency.
- Good communications skills
- Basic English language skillsements
