Join a high-performing operations team where safety, efficiency, and leadership drive success. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Well Site Manager to lead completion and/or workover operations, supervise field execution, and deliver results aligned with Occidental’s operational and HSE standards.

💼 Salary
$137,600 – $189,200 per year
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise day-to-day completion and/or workover operations in the field
Manage contractors and service companies to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance
Coordinate all on-site logistics including personnel, equipment, and materials
Communicate closely with Superintendents and Engineering teams on operations, updates, and changes
Monitor operational performance, track costs, and drive continuous improvement
Enforce Oxy HSE standards and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements
Conduct regular equipment inspections to maintain safe operations
Maintain accurate daily cost tracking and end-of-well documentation
Coordinate simultaneous operations for safe and efficient execution
Lead wellsite safety and operations meetings
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years oil & gas experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and leadership skills
Basic computer proficiency
Experience with multi-well Frac, Wireline, Coiled Tubing, and Snubbing operations
Willingness to work rotational schedules
