As the backbone of the rig, Floorhands keep operations running safely and efficiently. From operating tongs and maintaining rig equipment to supporting the crew and ensuring a clean, hazard-free worksite, this role is fast-paced, hands-on, and full of growth potential. If you thrive on teamwork, safety, and learning, the Floorhand role is your first step toward a rewarding drilling career.

Floorhand – $40.60/hr
Motorhand – $42.80/hr
Derrickhand – $48.70/hr
Driller – $55.70/hr
📅 Flexible Rotations
14 days on / 7 days off
20 days on / 10 days off
12-hour shifts with ample time to recharge

✅ What We’re Looking For
6+ months of rig experience OR 2+ years of recent outdoor heavy labour experience
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass drug and fitness testing
Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
