About the job

• Handling the activities related to cathodic protection activities for offshore projects, fixed facilities, by issuing the relative deliverables (cathodic protection design specification, anodes calculation reports, etc.); continuous contact with the other departments, technical manager and client
• Selection of the most appropriate anticorrosion strategy.
• Support given to the other departments for interdepartmental activities

Requirements

• Knowledge of upstream offshore industry. Knowledge of design integrated cathodic protection (cp) systems (and associated monitoring) for offshore structure. Previous exposure to all international related standards (nace, asme, api, iso, dnv, norsok).
• Knowledge of principles of corrosion and corrosion control methodologies. Knowledge of the potential corrosion damage mechanisms
• Proven experience in offshore epc projects. Show updated knowledge for latest industry technolgies related to anticorrosion and cathodic protection.
• One of the following certificates is a must
  • Nace cp3 or cp4
• Needed additional proven painting and coating knowledges
