Driller Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities (shall include but not be limited to):

· Perform emergency duties as per Station Bill and Emergency Procedures manual.

· Effectively participate in the Stop Observe Act Report (SOAR) program and encourage active participation.

· Comply with and effectively contribute to the continuous improvement of RMS, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) related policies and procedures, and relevant authority regulatory requirements.

· Assist or direct the review and/or approval of any HSE related or other relevant documentation impacting their area of responsibility.

· Responsible and accountable for HSE compliance within their area of responsibility, including communication and implementation of such policies and procedures; demonstrate management’s commitment to health, safety and environmental protection.

· Control all drilling operations and other interrelated activities being performed during his/her shift in a safe and efficient manner.

· Ensure the drilling operations are carried out as defined in the approved operator’s instructions and drilling program, and that the operation is executed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

· Directly report any deviations from approved operator’s instructions or drilling program.

· Perform all work according to agreed expectations of both internal and external customers, focus on doing things right the first time, every time.

Skills :

· Knowledge of well pressure system and drilling fluids

· Understanding of drilling methods and terms

· Basic computer Skills

· Knowledge of emergency procedure and health, safety regulation
