As a Floorhand, you will play an essential role in daily drilling operations, helping maintain a safe, clean, and productive rig site. Working under the supervision of the Driller, you will support critical rig floor activities to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with handling and connecting tubing, casing, and drill pipe
Operate rig floor equipment including tongs, slips, pipe spinners, and elevators under Driller supervision
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of rig floor and equipment
Monitor the rig floor for safety hazards and report concerns immediately
Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE at all times
Support crew members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
Work safely at heights when required
