- Floorhand — $40.60/hr
- Motorhand — $42.80/hr
- Derrickhand — $48.70/hr
- Driller — $55.70/hr
📅 Flexible Rotations
- 14 Days On / 7 Days Off
- 20 Days On / 10 Days Off
- 12-Hour Shifts

👷 Floorhand Responsibilities
As a Floorhand, you’ll work directly with the rig crew and gain real-world drilling experience while helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Key duties include:
- Handling drilling equipment and tubulars
- Supporting daily rig operations
- Rig maintenance, cleaning, and organization
- Following safety procedures and hazard prevention practices
- Participating in ongoing training programs
✅ Requirements
- 2+ years of recent outdoor heavy labor experience preferred
- Oil rig experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass drug and fitness testing
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
