🔹 Derrickhand
Maintain and monitor drilling fluid systems, operate the derrick, and support the driller with daily rig operations.

🔹 Motorhand
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot rig engines, pumps, hydraulic systems, and other essential equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

🔹 Floorhand / Roughneck
A hands-on entry point into the drilling industry. Assist with rig operations, handle equipment, and gain valuable experience for career advancement.

🔹 Water & Vac Hauler
