JOB PURPOSE:
Manage maintenance personnel and activities. Responsible for planning, coordination of all maintenance
operations, up to and including installation of equipment, preventative maintenance, and facility/equipment repair to
support field operations. Requires extensive technical knowledge of facilities and equipment.
ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
• Provide technical development for maintenance staff.
• Manager the maintenance controllable budget.
• Support for cost reduction efforts.
• Facilitate maintenance control, analysis, recording and reporting of
maintenance activities.
• Establish and manage a technical training and development program
• Meet critical timelines of installation of equipment, preventative maintenance
and facility/ equipment repair to support field operations.
• Coordinate with operations to accomplish maintenance activities
• Perform efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Manage outside contractors,
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and Experience:
• 5 years’ experience in Manager position is preferred.
• Skilled in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, applied creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance scheduling, cost tracking and forecasting.
• Ability to adhere to Company policies and work environment.
• Commitment to a non-discriminatory work environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interface with personnel at all levels.
Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline.
