Job Description

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, company, project and offshore HSE requirements.
• Conduct worksite inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Monitor PTW, JSA/JHA, LOTO, confined space, lifting, work-at-height and SIMOPS activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings and emergency preparedness checks.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and follow up corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE reports, records and daily safety statistics.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions are identified.
• Coordinate with Offshore Supervisors, HSE teams and Saudi Aramco representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Education or a related field.
• Saudi Aramco-approved/accepted Safety Officer.
• Minimum 5 years’ Saudi Aramco project experience – mandatory.
• Relevant offshore oil & gas/construction/maintenance experience.
• NEBOSH IGC Level 1 & 2 – mandatory.
• IOSH/OSHA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSE requirements, PTW and Life Saving Rules.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
• Valid offshore medical and required offshore safety certifications.
• Willingness to work offshore on a rotational basis.
