Job Description
Assist with preparing downhole and drilling equipment for upcoming operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with:
Conducting all drills and checks as required.
Preparation for upcoming drilling operations.
Providing thorough handovers at each daily change of shift.
Performing other duties as required and/or directed by the direct supervisor.
Supporting the development of offshore employees’ performance and competence to ensure the Rig/Operating Area has the right skills, knowledge, and capabilities to operate under Seadrill standards and meet objectives.
Equipment & Systems
Assist with:
Ensuring operational preparedness of all safety and emergency equipment.
Preparation of drilling equipment.
Operation of drilling equipment and systems as instructed by the supervisor.
Maintaining all drilling-related equipment as per instructions and procedures, including first-line maintenance.
Handling tubulars and associated handling equipment as instructed by the supervisor.
Preparing all tubulars, handling gear, and other equipment required for well operations.
