About the job
Duties & Responsibilities (shall include but not be limited to):
· Verify materials against ARO purchase orders and vendor/freight forwarder delivery notes.
· Scheduled supplies need to be sent on daily basis and make shipments ready for next day.
· All shipments to be packed and secured correctly.
· Ensure shipment check list is completed prior to shipping.
· Perform inventory cycle count as and when required.
· Attend any internal supply transfer request which needs to prioritize and update tracking accordingly.
· All certificates to be handed over to documents control team for further handling and record keeping.
· Handle any emergency shipment requests even in after hours as per the schedule or instructions from supervisor.
· Post goods receipts in inventory ERP systems upon receipt within 24hrs.
· Any changes in quantity /part number / manufacture to be notified to buyer by raising non-conformance.
· Housekeeping and maintain work area to provide best efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.
· Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
· Cover the warehouse supervisor role when required.
· Appropriate training needs to be provided when needed for new employees.
· Travel offshore for support or to fill in as storekeeper temporarily whenever required.
· Troubleshoot shipping issues and complaints that arises and work to solve them.
· Produce Weekly reports on non-conformance, staging and shipment and receiving issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
· High school diploma or Diploma Degree in Busines Administration, or supply chain management, with previous work experience in shipping and receiving role.
Skills:
· Good Writing and Communications Skills.
· Ability to work to a high level of safety standard.
· Good analytical skills.
