Pumper / Lease Operator – Weatherford, OK
Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
Monitor and maintain oil & gas wells and production facilities, operate equipment, record daily production data, and perform minor repairs while ensuring safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and report well and facility production
Operate wells and water disposal systems
Maintain equipment (compressors, generators, artificial lift, automation, etc.)
Enter daily production data and verify gauges/tests
Perform minor surface equipment repairs
Follow company safety and compliance standards
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
4+ years oilfield operations experience
Knowledge of artificial lift, valves, regulators, and pneumatics
Basic computer skills and ability to work independently
Work Conditions
Safety-sensitive role with 12-hour shifts. Outdoor work in hot/cold weather. Requires standing, climbing, lifting, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
