💰 Competitive Pay:
• Motorhands: $30.11 – $32.37/hr
• Derrickhands: $34.07 – $36.63/hr
• Drillers: $41.12 – $44.20/hr
• Rig Managers: Management-level compensation

📋 Requirements:
