We’re looking for an experienced Drill Site Manager (DSM) to oversee daily drilling operations, coordinate site logistics, and ensure top-tier performance across all contractors and service partners. 🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all contractors and service company personnel on daily drilling operations
Coordinate site logistics including personnel, equipment, and materials
Communicate effectively with Superintendents and Engineers on project updates and operational changes
Monitor and manage operational performance, ensuring targets are met and improvement opportunities are implemented
Enforce strict compliance with HES, loss control, and all government regulatory requirements
Conduct routine inspections of rigs and associated equipment to ensure safe operations
Ensure accurate electronic morning reports, daily cost tracking, and complete end-of-well documentation
Coordinate simultaneous operations for safe and efficient execution
Lead wellsite meetings and promote a strong safety culture
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years oilfield experience, including 3+ years as a Drill Site Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Basic computer proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work rotational schedules

💰 Compensation
$160,000 – $220,000 per year
