About the job
This position is responsible to deliver such service to client by operating company’s equipment on client’s rig location in safety and timely manner.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2 year’ experience in oil and gas industry
Continuous Improvement – “Show we can always do things better to eliminate NPT”
Contribute towards continuous improvement of all processes and systems by:
1Initiate and implement improvement in performance for the business
2Create a management culture and system that encourages resourcefulness
3Work with other specialists to identify, source and justify the implementation of new technologies
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• The employee is responsible for performing duties in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and quality objectives
•The employee has the necessary authority to make decisions within their scope of work and escalate issues as needed and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness.
•The employee is accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of their work, as well as for reporting any nonconformities or risks that may impact quality, legal compliances, safety, environment, or customer satisfaction.
•Support and participate on achieving organizational QHSE objectives.
•Other duties may be assigned
•Safely run casing and tubing with electric, hydraulic or air operated equipment, handle power tong, hydraulic power unit, Casing Drive System, manual tong, fill up tool, spider and elevator, etc.
